Henry was not crazy about the ocean. The waves coming at him and the cooler temperature made him pretty clingy to Mom and Dad. We put his feet in the sand and that was okay until the water came up and covered them. Below are just some shots of Dad and Grandma taking him to the ocean and then cleaning the sand off of him afterwards.
Getting him into the pool was a lot of fun, because he really took to it. When we first got in Grandma was there and she would splash and then Henry would splash. When he got water on himself he would look surprised which would make Grandma laugh and then he would start to laugh. It was the cutest thing. He would just giggle and giggle. He had the best time with Grandma in the pool!
He was covered from head to toe with UV protection gear, but he didn't really like to keep his hat on.
Aunt Becky did a great job getting him used to the water.
